Benefits

We offer an attractive Remuneration Package $80,000 -$120,000 base salary, plus the opportunity to earn bonuses.

Key Responsibilties

Leading and Supervising Arborists:

Overseeing and directing the work of the team ensuring they adhere to best practices and safety protocols.

Tree Program Management:

Managing the overall tree program, including planning, scheduling and budgeting

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical guidance and support to the team, including tree health assessment, pruning and removal techniques.

Estimating:

Prepare accurate and cost estimates for proposed services, taking into account labor, materials and equipment.

Client Communication:

Maintaining open communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Project Planning and Execution:

Planning and executing arboricultural projects, including tree planting, maintenance and removal.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all work activities adhere to relavant safety regulations and guidlines.

Training and Development:

Provide training and mentorship to the team, fostering their professional growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Arboricultural Knowledge:

Certificate 111 in Arboriculture or Diploma of Arboriculture.

Extensive knowledge of arboricultural principles, practices and techniques.

Estimation Skills:

Ability to accurately calculate costs and prepare detailed estimates.

Leadership and Management Skills:

Ability to lead and motivate a team, effectively manage projects, and ensure high levels of performance.

Communications Skills:

Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to effectively interact with clients, staff and suppliers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and solve problems related to tree health, maintenance and safety.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency is using arboricultural tools and equipment, including chain saws, climbing gear and rigging equipment.

Safety Knowledge:

Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to arboriculture.
