ARBORIST / PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: Busselton

Full Time Position $86,000 – $105,000 per year

Our management team has worked extensively in Arboriculture globally and can provide the perfect sounding board to help the right candidate grow and continue to foster positive change in our industry. Whilst we are currently looking for a Arborist/Project Manager, if you have a Certificate 5 in arboriculture or above there could also be an opportunity to grow and take on a variety of tasks in the consultancy space.
In this role you will be monitoring and managing vegetation projects across multiple clients and sites. The position will have a variety of scope to ensure you will have time to build strong relationships with stakeholders and our teams. You will be working out in the field, in nature, be a company leader, part of the decision making, reporting, and planning and still have time to go home and live your best life.
Completive salary from $86,000 – $105,000 + super.
Company car (commuter use and limited Km’s for personal use)

A 6x2 farmhouse is available to rent short or long term if required.

Responsibilities
• Managing Local government and Utility’s around the Southwest region of Western Australia
• Projects\consulting arborist role (optional report writing, data collecting and advisory for level 5.)
• Successful scoping, planning work programs, controlling, execution and delivery of projects.
• Job tracking and reporting
• Completion of all projects ensuring consistency with company KPI’s commitments and goals
• Hit required targets
• Working with a team to effectively and efficiently complete assigned jobs
• Manage a team to effectively and efficiently complete assigned jobs.
• Liaise with clients
Requirements
• Cert III Arboriculture (required)
• Cert V Arboriculture or higher (preferred)
• Experience in a similar role (desirable).
• Demonstrated Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Physical fitness
• Reliable & punctual
• Heavy Vehicle Truck licence (HR or MR) desirable
• An excellent work-ethic and willingness to further your skills and understanding of Arboriculture
• The ability to work safely
